Our Territorial Leaders

Commissioners Emmanuel and Edeline Supré, both from the Republic of Haiti and nurtured in the Haiti Division, began their spiritual journey at the Duverger Corps, where they found salvation during their teenage years. They were married in 1996 before commencing their ministry training.

Before entering full-time ministry, Emmanuel served as a teacher, youth leader, and school principal at the Caillot Outpost, while Edeline worked as a lab technician at the Salvation Army Bethel Clinic in Fond des Negres after completing her university studies. Both were deeply involved in Corps activities and ministries for many years until they answered God's call, joining the Builders of the Kingdom session and being commissioned as Lieutenants in 1998.

Their first appointment was as Corps Officers at the Jones Town Corps in Jamaica’s Eastern Division, followed by a three-year assignment at the San Fernando Corps in Trinidad and Tobago, where they launched a ministry for women and children in the Barakpore community. They returned to Jamaica to lead the Spanishtown and Lindstead Corps, where they oversaw a women’s ministry in Wynters Garden and enjoyed six years of fruitful service as Captains.

In 2008, they were appointed to the Western Jamaica Division, with Emmanuel serving as Divisional Secretary and Edeline as Divisional Secretary for Women's Ministries, along with additional roles in the League of Mercy and Medical Fellowship. From 2010 to 2014, they held similar positions in the Haiti Division, where they were also promoted to the rank of Major. Their service from 2014 to 2017 brought them back to Trinidad & Tobago, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, and Grenada as divisional leaders. In 2017, they took on leadership roles at the Territorial Headquarters in Kingston, Jamaica, before being promoted to Lt. Colonels. In 2020, they returned to Haiti as Divisional Leaders, and by 2023, Emmanuel was appointed Chief Secretary, while Edeline became the Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries. Eleven months later, they assumed the roles of Territorial Commander and Territorial President for Women’s Ministries for the Caribbean, attaining the rank of Commissioner.

Throughout their 26 years of service, the Suprés have participated in numerous leadership and training programs, including Transformational Leadership, Brengle Institutes, and Child Protection Training. They also attended the International College for Officers in London, England.

Edeline holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology, and Emmanuel has an associate degree in business science administration. Both find great fulfillment in their ministry, believing in God’s grace for the humble and expressing gratitude for the opportunity to serve Him and His people.

They are the proud parents of three sons, Edwin Fedyson, a Jamaican with expertise in technology, Eliezer Joel, a music enthusiast from Trinidad, and Christopher Emmanuel, an American college student pursuing sports medicine. As a family, they enjoy singing, teaching, preaching, music, and spending time at the beach.
