Commissioner Edeline Supre                                                             

   Territorial President for Womens Ministry

 

Commissioner Edeline Supre is a Haitian by birth originally from the province of Duverger (Anse- A- Veau) in the Southern part of Haiti located in the department of Nippes in the constituency of Fond des Negres.

Commisioner Edeline married Commissioner Emmanuel Supre who became part of the Builders of the Kingdom session (1996-1998) she was Commissioned with merit as a lieutenant.  They have shared ministry in various appointments starting from corps work in Kingston to administrative leadership at both divisional and territorial levels.  Commissioner Edeline has great experience working in different communities and countries across the Caribbean such as Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago with St. Vincent and Grenada, and her homeland Haiti.  

Commissionerl Edeline had the opportunity to serve as District Secretary and Divisional Sponsorship Secretary in the Haiti Division; she also served as Divisional Women’s Ministries and League of Mercy secretary in Haiti and Western Jamaica divisions; in each of these divisions, the work is shared in Zones or districts because of the volume and geographical challenges of those places.

 She became a Cabinet member in 2017 alongside her husband, the Territorial Program Secretary before she was promoted to Lt. Colonel in 2018 while serving at Territorial Headquarters as Territorial Youth and Candidates Secretary for the Caribbean for three years after she served as Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries in Trinidad and Tobago St Vincent and Grenada. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Commissioner Edeline was appointed back to Haiti where she has proved the greatness of God.  

Throughout her years as an officer,Commissioner Edeline has participated in numerous faith-based facilitation training programs. She has taken part in a variety of international leadership courses, seminars for women leaders, conferences for senior leaders, training for youth leaders, disaster management seminars, community self-help programs, transformational leadership courses, Brengle institutes, Good Governance accountability, and IFAS training, among others. In 2023,Commissioner Edeline was a delegate to the International College for Officers Session 254 in London where she experienced the internationalism of the Army and was exposed to various leadership courses. There she has recommitted herself to God’s service without withholding anything. In June 2023 she was awarded her first long service certificate for 25 years of service as a Salvation Army Officer.

After serving in Haiti for the last three years as a Divisional Leader (DDWM), in September 2023 Lt. Colonel Edeline was sent back to Jamaica to serve as the Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries for the Caribbean Territory. The Supres were then promoted to the Rank of Commissioners and assume command of the Caribbean Territory in August 18,2024.

Commissioner  Edeline and her Husband Emmanuel have three sons, Edwin who enjoys working in  science and technology, Eliezer whose passion is music, and Christopher a sportsman who is at college. What makes the joy ofCommissioner Edeline complete is that she can say like Joshua 'as for Me and my House we will serve

 

                                                                                                                                                                                         

                                                                            Colonel Jennifer Lyons  

                                                                Territorial Secretary for Womens Ministry 

Colonel Jennifer Lyons is  a Jamaican entrepreneur, born in the parish of Hanover and raised in Kingston. Colonel Jenny as she is popularly called is  blessed with six children, two boys, and four girls, as well as, four grandsons. With husband, Colonel Edward Lyons, and they are celebrating 36th anniversary this year, and  are grateful for the enduring love they share.

Before this appointment, Colonel Jennifer served in five other appointments: Port of Spain Central Corps, Top Hill Corps (including All Valley Corps and Great Bay), School for the Blind, Western Jamaica DHQ, and THQ.

As a woman of God who loves both God and people. Her favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 4:13—"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." It is because of Ephesians 4:13 that I am empowered to carry out God's will in my life, people, and ministry

                                                                  

                                                                            Major Paula Pyle 

                                                        Territorial Secretary for League of Mercy

Major Paula Pyle is a Barbadian Citizen, born again Christian for forty years. She was Commissioned as a Faithful intercessor in 1999.

She is married to Robert and is blessed with one daughter Princess Alice Roberta. Along with her husband, Major Paula, had served in five Corps appointments in different countries such as Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados before was given assignment at DHQ as Divisional league of Mercy Secretary in the Barbados division.

She had also served in institutions in Jamaica School for the blind before was sent on International service in the USA where she was a corps officer in Minneapolis Parkview – Northern Division – Minnesota and then was   appointed as the Community Care Secretary in Metropolitan and north and Central Illinois Chicago Division from 2021 to 2023.

 Major Pyle is serving in her homeland the Barbados Division as the Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, she was given additional appointment as the Territorial League of Mercy Secretary in January 2025.

As a woman of God Major Paula loves to Pray. Her special interests are intercessory prayer, music, dance, singing, drama, sign language, digital and video photography, craft, creative writing and poetry, attending enrichment seminars and conferences. Her hope is that women will see themselves as ‘Agents of Change with a purpose to glorify God in every aspect of their lives’.
